THE PROJECT COMPRISES

- Creation of a complex of industrial enterprises in high-tech sectors of the economy (Europe's largest medical cluster).

- Creation of own research center and participation in international cooperation for the development of new technologies.

- Production of new types of medical devices at its own production facilities.

On 03th of July 2017 the expert Council under the Government of Ulyanovsk region approved the "Business plan" creating a medical cluster in the PSEZ "Ulyanovsk", and the Head of the region Sergey Morozov at a meeting with Chinese business delegation signed the Agreements with manufacturers of medical devices that are first to place their production on the territory of the Ulyanovsk region The project has for the region of enormous importance and is a priority for us. First, it is a major flow of investment in the economy of the Ulyanovsk region, and second, high-paying jobs. I sincerely hope that we will be able to build not only a modern production, but also to create a research center for the development of innovative products. We will promote the implementation of the project, I presented it at the meeting in the format of "Volga-Changjiang" to a member of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Mr. Yang Zechi and Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District Mikhail Viktorovich Babich, they follow up on the project, – said Sergey Morozov. Currently, relations between our countries have significantly strengthened. We chose the Ulyanovsk region after conducting a number of studies, including studying the infrastructure - special economic zones in Russia, eventually stopped the choice in the Ulyanovsk region, believe that the most promising area here, - said the Head of the Chinese delegation, the Deputy Chairman of the Chinese Association of small and medium enterprises of China, Mr. Shan Shiwei.

The Agreement was signed at the "Innoprom 2017 " in Ekaterinburg between the Governor Sergey Morozov and the management of the company "NTW Group" JSC.

- The emergence of production of high-tech medical equipment is extremely important not only for the Ulyanovsk region, but for the whole country. Until now, we had to fully rely on imports in this matter. Today, the task of preserving the health of our citizens is not only important - it is paramount. And in many ways the result of treatment depends on the level of technological effectiveness. The implementation of the project of the medical cluster will solve this problem – said the Governor of the Ulyanovsk region Sergey Morozov.

We investigated fifteen regions of Russia and believe that the Ulyanovsk region — is the most suitable area. First, there is a convenient logistics, and secondly, a favorable investment climate and favorable conditions for investors, including hosting of the production in the special economic zone. And, of course, the support of the Governor, his participation gives us confidence that we will be able to implement the project on time. We believe that this project will perfectly fit in the program of "One belt, one road" — the Chairman of the Board of Directors of "NTW Group" JSC Yu Zhihai.
